Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager at Hershey Manor apartment community in Muscatine, IA. This is a HUD Senior property with 50 units. This position will pay up to $18.50 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position is Monday & Friday 8 am - 1 pm, Wednesday 8 am - 4 pm, and Tuesday & Thursday 11 am - 4 pm.
